Securely Pack Your Pottery
Carefully wrap each piece in its original bubble wrap and packaging to prevent breakage during transit; please note that items must arrive in original condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned stoneware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
